    - 5 Air Squats
    - 5 Push-Ups
    - 5 V-Ups
    - 5 Jumping Lunges [each leg]

    Workout: 20 sec on | 10 sec off for 10 minutes
    - 20 sec DB Thrusters
    - 10 sec REST
