Phase one of our PumpedAF program will focus on improving your general fitness, confidence, body awareness, mobility and control. We will be focusing on bodyweight exercises that you can literally do anywhere. I often hear excuses for not working out due to the lack of equipment, machinery or access to a gym. Well, I am here to show you that your body is the most powerful machine that you can own. All you need to do is learn how to use it.
