This program is AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and just buy it…you will not regret it!! The workouts are fun and challenging at the same time, you will feel accomplished after every workout. Hannah and Paulo are the perfect combo, they are amazing coaches who break down the movements so even beginners can conquer the workouts. They are a great combo of being motivational and entertaining all at the same time.
I also have the IFit app where I first heard of these trainers…the IFit app is good but Hannah’s is better in my opinion. I really like how you can fast forward through the instructions if your already familiar with the workout (cant do that on IFit).
Also the meal plan that comes with the program is really delicious. The meals are easy to make, pretty affordable and there are left overs for a few days. My wife and I are both Law Enforcement so working out and eating good is a top priority.
After just a few weeks of this program I feel like we are on the path to our best selves : )
